Bladen has quite a few new favorite places to hang out. Some of them are quite random, but he loves them and thinks they are quite fun.
He loves to play in this corner, one door leads to the garage, the other to the basement... He loves to knock on doors, so it is pretty awesome that he can knock on 2 at the same time. He especially likes it if Dad is in the garage or Mom is down doing laundry. He knows his knocks are being heard!
He has recently discovered that if he works things out just right, he can crawl up onto the coffee table! He thinks it is pretty cool, although he hasn't figured out how to safely get down, there is a lip on the table top and it hurts his belly to slide over, so he wont do it. So its just a little scary to leave his side while he is there.
The wagon is his all time favorite hang out! He crawls in, he crawls out, he opens the door, he closes the door, he throws all of his toys in it, he crawls back in and throws them all out! He is entertained for hours with that thing. And its even a bigger treat that he can go get the mail in it, not that it is warming up! He LOVES his wagon!
His toy basket is the trick to getting onto the table, but he will usually stop on the way and just chill in the basket and play with all the toys.
This last week he has started to brave enough to climb into his big boy chair. He would always sit in it if we put him in it and play for awhile and was brave enough to climb out of it, but never dared attempt to get into it. Now he loves it, he climbs into it all the time!
This is his latest! He loves loves loves the dog cage, he will spend hours in there! He gets in and closes the door on himself, usually takes a toy with him but is quite content without one even. He thinks it is even funnier to lock Pixi out, every now and then she will try to join him and he will close the door on her and then he just laughs and laughs. It is really cute!
